The Koforidua Learning Center (formerly Koforidua Campus) was inaugurated on February 14, 2013, at the heart of the Eastern Region to bring technology-oriented education, leadership development, and enterprise culture to the Eastern and parts of the former Volta Region.
The Centre’s selection of programmes from GCTU’s extensive offerings is meticulously curated to provide relevant and industry-aligned education in Information Technology, Business Administration (Management, HRM, Accounting options), and Procurement & Logistics.
Built on a core commitment to excellence, student-centeredness, academic freedom, innovation, and integrity, the Centre provides an environment that nurtures not only academic proficiency but also leadership and entrepreneurial skills development.
The Koforidua Learning Center is 86.2km (2hrs 5mins drive) from the main campus, Tesano, Accra. The Eastern Region is home to several tourist sites including Aburi Botanical Gardens, Bunso Eco Park, Boti Falls, Umbrella Rock, Akaa Waterfalls, Atewa Range etc.
