The Institute of continuing and distance education (ICDE) aspires to be a center of academic excellence in ICT education, Information and Communication Studies and Business Information and Technology among others, to prepare students to meet both challenges of the local and global communities.
The mission of GCTU ICDE Program is to expand access to the high quality education courses and programs offered by the institution to students who cannot or for various reasons choose not to enroll for GCTU on-campus offerings.
